Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We ship worldwide with flat-rate shipping:
- Australia: $9.95 flat rate (free over $75 AUD) — 3–7 business days
- New Zealand: $14.95 flat rate — 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: $24.95 flat rate — 7–21 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays from customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at [your support email].
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can help resolve it with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we're happy to help if the parcel is returned to us undelivered.
